By accessing or using the Site, or booking/acquiring any of our services, you (the “User”, “you”, “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the Site or services.
Services – lodging, long-term rentals, short-term stays, room reservations, hospitality services, or any other service offered via the Site.
Booking – a reservation of room/apartment or other lodging by the User through the Site or otherwise.
Rates – the price charged for the Services, as listed or quoted.
All Rates shown are subject to change without prior notice, unless locked in by a confirmed Booking.

Corporate booking discounts may require proof / documentation.
Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
Cancellation / modification rules depend on the rate plan / offer selected at booking.
If cancellation / modification is allowed, any refund will be subject to deduction of applicable fees.
For non-refundable bookings or “special deal” rates, no refund will be issued if cancelled.
We may cancel or change your Booking under certain circumstances (e.g. force majeure, overbooking) and will provide notice; liability will be limited to refunding payment made.
Guests must behave responsibly and respect other guests and the property. Any damage caused will be charged.
Smoking, parties, loud noise, or unlawful activities are prohibited.
Pets are allowed / not allowed [or specify terms if allowed].
Our liability is limited to direct losses only, up to the amount paid by User for the Booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure all information (photos, availability, amenities) is accurate; however, we do not guarantee accuracy and reserve the right to correct errors.
We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings unless caused by our gross negligence.
All content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by or licensed to Haven Service Apartment & Hotel Pvt. Ltd.
Users may not use, copy, republish, or redistribute any of such content without our express written permission.
Use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
By using the Site or booking services, you consent to collecting and processing of your personal data as per the Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
When changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the Site or our Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kathmandu.
If any part of these Terms is held unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that part will be struck out; the remainder will continue in full force.
